At a time when manipulated photographs are often mistaken for true evidence, photographs of real places can actually resist our acceptance. At the Mimochodem (“By the Way”) Gallery, photographer Tereza Bonaventurová introduces us to places whose incongruity and long-lost or non-existent connections seem impertinent, if not unreal. The exhibition, which is dedicated to the clash of old and new architecture, can be seen at Palackého náměstí, which has for a long time struggled with this particularly difficult issue.
